They made a mistake but then made it right. The part for our repair was delayed, and we didn’t get a phone call because the service coordinator was out sick. So when I showed up to pick up the car, it wasn’t done. But the service manager Ryan sprang into action. He learned the part was still two days away, so he had a duplicate FedEx’ed to save a day. Ryan called us the next morning to say the part arrived. When we picked it up that night, Ryan gave us a very generous discount on the work. . A textbook case of good customer service! More

Leter today, received an email asking if they could send an updated quote, I requested the price of a car about 2k lowe than the standard pricing in the market. Instead of sending the more feasable pricing if the vehicle internet sales manager Michael will sent the following email ‘Good look that is a rediculous offer we don't need deals that bad and looks like you need to look at Kia not Mazda’. Never going to visit this dealership or recommend to any of my friends. More
