This is my second time purchasing from Hamilton Mazda and my experience both times were fantastic. I love working Neal he is always so informative and helpful. He makes you feel like his friend were you feel comfortable doing business with him (because we all know car sales people aren’t always the friendliest) and he is always very calming which I like because we all know again car buying can be stressful. Overall my experience was great with Hamilton Mazda and Neal. I had a gap between my two Mazda purchases with another manufacturer, however I dont know why I ever left Mazda, my CX9 Carbon Edition is beautiful and has everything I wanted in a vehicle. I Highly recommend Hamilton Mazda and Neal, I send all my Family & Friends there and suggest you go too, you will not be disappointed! :) More

Update: I brought in a second used Mazda for a PPI and Benito and Sanel again, did a great job! They gave me honest input about the car I wanted to buy and good tips for maintenance. I purchased this car with confidence, thanks to this great service department! I brought in a used Mazda for a pre-purchase inspection. Benito was very nice and gave me information before the inspection, and specifically made sure someone would be there to check out my vehicle at the time I asked for. The technician was Sanel and I did not meet him, but he did a great job looking through the car and coming up with a comprehensive report. I would say they err on the side of caution, so you could take the "requires immediate attention" and the high quoted prices with a grain of salt. But I would prefer that over an un-thorough check. Overall, I recommend their service department for used Mazda inspections. More
