Dishonest recommendations for extra services and rude employees. I got several notifications for "requires immediate attention" services during a routine oil change. Neil is easy to talk to and followed up constantly to get the deal done. I bought the car for the Mazda brand and contacted every possible Mazda dealership but Neil sounded most honest and genuine.I am not g the deal done. I bought the car for the Mazda brand and contacted every possible Mazda dealership but Neil sounded most honest and genuine.I am not giving 5 star for 2 reasons. 1. 500 mark up which is over and above the 1200 something destination fee . My request to waive this amt was not entertained. Mazda should stop posting MSRP on their website as it is not the amt customers are paying during this troubled supply chain environment. 2. I wanted to install mud flaps and bumper gaurd on day 1 but they do not have any parts and it needs to be ordered. I could see so many options on accessory on mazda site but could not see anything at the Dealership.. feel all accessory should be available for customer to see and decide. I could have bought more but did not or rather could not. More
