TERRIBLE EXPERiENCE. I bought a brand new 2022 cx-5. I noticed scratches on my dash and brought it back in to have looked it. My salesman Neal, while taking a look at I bought a brand new 2022 cx-5. I noticed scratches on my dash and brought it back in to have looked it. My salesman Neal, while taking a look at it, scratched it 100x worse. He told me to just deal with it and the car scratches easily. I refused and he finally agreed to have it swapped out at his cost. Fantastic! I call in to have it serviced for him and sales to tell me I can only come in during the week (when I already live 1.5 hours away and work 12 hour shifts). They told me sorry, better make it work or take a loaner (they caused this problem and taking a loaner would add 5-6 additional travel hours for me!). I finally said i will take off early and come in early on a Friday for them to tell me sorry, our guys leave early, no can do. I asked if they could ship the part to a closer dealer and they told me no. Again, i did NOT cause this problem. They should be working with me to FIX the problem. I am offering solutions and they are denying anything that inconveniences them. They are expecting me to take 6 hours of my life driving for them to fix THEIR problem. STAY AWAY. Taking this to corporate now. More
