Didn’t actually diagnose accurately anything. They lied about the fuel tank baffle being the reason my gauge wasn’t working. Lied about the baffle being damaged. Lied about the fuel pump another They lied about the fuel tank baffle being the reason my gauge wasn’t working. Lied about the baffle being damaged. Lied about the fuel pump another shop installed as needing replacement. Lied about that fuel pump not being an actual Mazda part. Problem was something had chewed through two wires. Mazda wanted 3,600 to replace parts that weren’t a problem because they didn’t take to time to inspect properly. And, they had the Gaul to say the other shop would need take the time to properly diagnose the cause and they probably wouldn’t - not like Mazda did (NOT). It needed two wires replaced and Benito tried to sell me on all kinds of stories. My advice is to stay away from this place unless all you need is a factory recall. They act all nice, seem normal, and the place is clean - but they are completely unethical. Maybe if you are male they treat you better. More
