They recommend services that are not needed. For example, just because there is OLD oil around the valve cover, does not mean it needs replacing. It was replaced at 1/2 the price. Also, the Mazda owner manual says oil changes every 60-75,000 miles. They come back say it needs to be done in 1/2 that. Nice scam!! More
