I haven’t had a bad experience with sales department but with service on the other hand there service is horrible I would recommend you stay away from this dealer for service they damaged my car and there c with service on the other hand there service is horrible I would recommend you stay away from this dealer for service they damaged my car and there customer service is very unprofessional there managers are nothing but liars and will pretend to care about you when they want to sell something but when you need them they will disappear I’ve been trying to contact the general store manager and even he has showed to be unprofessional I’ve emailed him and called him multiple times and have yet to receive and email back or a call back and now my car is damaged so I’d recommend you guys stay away from service or Becareful make sure you guys take a video or picture of you car when you drop it off because they will not take responsibility for the damage they do to your car More

Customer service has gone down hill. One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehic One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service?? More

My last two Toyota were purchased from Hamer and both have provided me with outstanding performances. I was a teacher at Granada Hills High School and Hamer's proximity to my job made it ideal. Peter Fernandez proved to be knowledgeable , with excellent people skills and instills trust and confidence. After I retired from teaching 9 years ago,I still come to Hamer regularly to have my car serviced. I live 60 miles from Hamer. I tried Toyota dealers closer to my home but didn't feel as comfortable with the service reps . That's the reason I still remain a customer, because of Peter Fernandez. More
