I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma to Hammer Toyota. To have the brakes checked the brakes were making noise at low speeds and my truck only had 2400 miles. I called the manager Louise Munoz and he helped me get things going the rep that was helping me his name was Oscar and he made me wait for three hours and later found out that the truck is just sitting there. Nobody’s working on it and then the manager Louise Munoz got things going call the master technician and we drove the car and he noticed the noise it was making. So the manager got me a free Rent-A-Car to drive home and I came the next day to pick up the truck. I was upset because he told me that the truck was being worked on even though it was just sitting there if Oscar the rep notified me I would’ve went home and not wasted three hours sitting there. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hamer Toyota and I had to take the car in for some maintenance and I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Vazquez. I brought my Toyota Avalon in for an oil change yesterday. Simply enough. When the service was completed, I was handed a free inspection report to which the Service Advisor indicates my air and cab yesterday. Simply enough. When the service was completed, I was handed a free inspection report to which the Service Advisor indicates my air and cabin filter were dirty, suggesting they should be replaced. Really? This morning, I performed my own inspection and found both filters to be very clean, and the cabin filter looked almost brand new. So where's the dirt? Unfortunately this web site doesn't have the ability to post photos that I have to show proof the mechanic and possibly others were trying to scam me. I wonder when he was alive if Lee Hamer would encourage the service team to exploit customers? I doubt it or else he wouldn't have had a successful business for several decades. Question: Do you think I'll be taking my car back for service at Hamer Toyota again? No way! More
