The place is clean, offers a huge amount of inventory and all sales/service staff are professional and friendly. Each time I go there I deal with Steve Denson as my sales guy. Cant say enough how awesome this guy is. I call him up with the crazy demands of a vehicle that I need and he finds it every time. Other dealerships told me I couldn't get my hands on these cars and he has them ready and detailed when I show up. We Live in South Orange County and make a nearly 100 mile drive to visit Hamer Toyota and will continue to do so for all our car purchasing needs. My son is now one of there customers as well. After Steve found me my truck, we sat down and no-sales gimmicks, no lame charts, and no deals that expire in an hour. He told me what my payments would be- both to buy and lease and showed me several different down payment options and how they affected my monthly payment. After Steve I met with Jacqueline in finance to finalize all the papers. She went over everything in a clear and concise matter. She was very friendly, relaxed, and offered a no pressure feel when offering additional services. You can tell she is absolutely knowledgeable in all phases of purchasing a vehicle. Every time I leave I feel confident in the purchase I just made. From working with Steve and Jacqueline, you can tell your dealing with management and ownership that cares more about its customers than the dollars and cents made on each car. I have been a Hamer customer for about 15+ years and I was referred to Steve by a service manager and was blown away at how easy and fast buying my ne I have been a Hamer customer for about 15+ years and I was referred to Steve by a service manager and was blown away at how easy and fast buying my new 2018 Camry was. He listened to features I wanted and immediately pulled up some matching vehicles to test drive. He explained all the features very clearly and I was able to decide on the one that I wanted. Now it was onto the part which everyone dreads...the pricing and negotiating. But wait....there is none of that with Steve!! He gives you the pricing and the terms up front with all available discounts. There is no haggling or "let me talk to my manager". I loved it!! He was very transparent about the pricing and the discounts, which made the whole car buying experience a very good one. I felt good about the price I paid and I didn't spend hours going back and forth. I am totally in love with my new car!! Thank you so much Steve for getting me a great deal on my Camry! More
