We have UPDATE TO REVIEW: The manger reached out to me after seeing my reviews, and took care of the key issue, so we do very much appreciate this. We have not resolved the mold issue yet, but hoping some Lysol spray will take care of it. We recently bought a user Toyota Prius from Hammer Toyota. The customer service was disorganized from the very beginning. When we first called to find out about the car, we got hung up on several times, put on hold, shuffled between different people, etc. We ended up giving up and calling the next day. Once we bought the car, they were supposed to supply us with an extra key. Needless to say this has not occurred after driving out there a couple times and having them say they can't do it, repeated appointment canceling, and several attempts to leave voicemails, which are never returned. We left 3 voicemails with the manager Rudy, and he never bothered to get back to us. Even let him know that I would file bad reviews, so obviously he does not care about customer service. Our CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) car also has a mold smell coming from it when we turn on the A/C, and they have done nothing to resolve this. More
