Excellent, First Class, Integrity My daughter was looking for a Kia Soul and found a 2015 model at Hamer Toyota. I contacted Donnie Mendoza Saturday morning to discuss the vehicle, pr My daughter was looking for a Kia Soul and found a 2015 model at Hamer Toyota. I contacted Donnie Mendoza Saturday morning to discuss the vehicle, price and financing. My concern was since my daughter has very new credit, she would not be able to get a decent interest rate. After a couple back/forth calls to verify all of her information Donnie assured me of the vehicle price,rate and payment. All three were exactly where my daughter needed them to be for her budget. This was all the more important since we live approximately 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership. Once we arrived we were received and immediately offered coffee/water. After a very brief wait Donnie came to get us and brought the car out for a test drive. My daughter and I both gave it a thorough visual inspection before driving it with Donnie. The car was 100% as stated in the ad. After the test drive we proceeded to the office to do paperwork and close the deal. Vehicle price, interest rate and payment were exactly what Donnie told me they would be. Additionally, my daughter was offered a couple warranty options. Donnie and Chano explained in detail the cost and benefits of the warranty, then let my daughter make the decision. She opted to decline the warranty. There was no hard sell or push to get her to reconsider, Donnie and Chano both respected her decision and continued with the purchase paperwork. Chano was an absolute pleasure to deal with signing all the finance paperwork. He explained in detail each form and why it was required. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and can hands down say this was the smoothest, most efficient, honest/transparent process I have been a part of. Finally, please give Chano and Donnie a pat on the back. They are true professionals, kind, courteous and honest. I would not hesitate a second to recommend them to someone looking to buy a car.
