My best car buying experience from start to finish . I finally decided to let go of my 2000 Corolla . Months of research on many makes ended leaving only Toyota .. Recently I purchased a 2018 Corolla I finally decided to let go of my 2000 Corolla . Months of research on many makes ended leaving only Toyota .. Recently I purchased a 2018 Corolla at Hamer Toyota for a price another dealer said couldn't be correct and probably wasn't true . It was true and $900 less than the aforementioned dealer's best offer .Thomas was my salesman and Federico in finance also played a substantial role in my most satisfying car buying experience ever .Both deserve many more than 5 stars . .Federico was personable , knowledgeable , competent and thorough . His explanations were clear and concise each step of the way .He answered any questions I had completely . Thomas Jara my salesman kept me informed via email , messaging and phone . He returned all calls in a timely manner . He was helpful and available when needed . He made time for me when had none He was thorough and easy to talk to . Very Friendly Steve was very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry, but he did his best to make things go smooth and quickly. The only thing that was a bummer was Steve was very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry, but he did his best to make things go smooth and quickly. The only thing that was a bummer was that the price I ended up paying was higher than expected, but still lower than other places I was quoted. Other than that, my experience with Steve was great, and the service was great! They missed a spot when cleaning my car and I didn't notice till I got back, but Steve offered to take care of it when I mentioned it later, which was really nice. More
