I went online to there site and they have a wide section of used vehicles I printed out a RAV4 2014 I really loved it so I call ,and I was transfered to Bryce he works in the used car dealership I told him all about this RAV4 and I give him the stock# he told me it hasn’t even been inspected and cleaned yet but he will pull it out and get it ready for me to look at it so I headed down and found Bryce really super nice guy very real not a pushy sales man like a lot of them are- we went to see the rav4 and as we were looking at it another sales guy name Tony can and started shutting the doors and Bryce was like I’m showing my customer this car Tony said he wanted to show his customers the car so off he took the Rav we kind of were like really he just did that I can’t believe it he was very ruined but I figured it was met to be so I went looking for another one and Bryce was great about the whole thing he kept his cool I was the one who got really pissed about it.. Anyway I found this RAV4 beautiful siting in the corner and it was exactly what I was looking for and more, and to find out that Tony never sold the vehicle to those people anyway. So I was so happy to hear he didn’t get what he wanted but I did and Bryce was the best I wouldnt go to anyone else to purchase a vehicle. He’s the best. Also for the trouble I had I got some free oil changes for my trouble. Thanks Bryce for being real person. Your awesome! Hamer Toyota is lucky to have you on there team. More

He went out of his way to show us the trucks available on his lot and asked me what my requirements were. When it was clear they couldn't meet them there, he found a truck that met my specifications at another dealership, went on his day off and picked it up. Two days after driving it I discovered it was damaged. I reached out to Steve and without hesitation, he told me to bring it back. This dealership went out of its way to make this customer happy and satisfied. I received a new truck from their recent delivery that met all of my requirements. This dealership has our loyalty. Best car buying experience ever! Bryce Holman was so down to earth that he just made my husband and I completely at ease!
