My first contact with Steve was by phone. I could tell immediately that he was genuine. We had a nice conversation and set up a face to face mtg. From that mtg and a few days later I drove my new 2024 Toyota 4Runner home. I can't say enough about how thoughtful, kind and patient he was. He went out of his way to make the car buying experience Hassle Free. Steve even took the time to help me with the technical aspects of the vehicle to include being ready for my 4 legged best friend Sarge!!!! I have already told friends about Steve and how he is a man of his word!!!!! More

While others either couldn't find what we wanted at all or wanted us to wait 4-6 months AND pay 3K over sticker, Steve found the exact car we wanted with a very reasonable wait and price. Negotiating was easy and he was very responsive to texts and e-mails. And he even arranged for us to get a Miller Cat Shield installed on the car at the dealership before we took the car home. Big tip o' the hat to finance manager Frank Chopra as well. Overall, excellent customer service! More
