Customer service has gone down hill. One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service?? More
