Steve Denson was recommenced to us, and so with trepidation I called, and hoped that I was contacting a good sales person. From “Hello”, Steve was above and beyond my expectations. He was not pushy, but knowledgeable about inventory, deals etc. One minute he was telling us to go in and meet him, the next minute he was finalizing the sale on exactly the car my son wanted. It was without hassle, and Steve never made us feel like we were being taken or deceived in anyway. His honestly, integrity and warm personality put us at ease during the entire process. We will never return to Keys Toyota again where we felt gauged and tricked by sales person after sales person. It is a complete racket over there.
