I haven’t had a bad experience with sales department but with service on the other hand there service is horrible I would recommend you stay away from this dealer for service they damaged my car and there c with service on the other hand there service is horrible I would recommend you stay away from this dealer for service they damaged my car and there customer service is very unprofessional there managers are nothing but liars and will pretend to care about you when they want to sell something but when you need them they will disappear I’ve been trying to contact the general store manager and even he has showed to be unprofessional I’ve emailed him and called him multiple times and have yet to receive and email back or a call back and now my car is damaged so I’d recommend you guys stay away from service or Becareful make sure you guys take a video or picture of you car when you drop it off because they will not take responsibility for the damage they do to your car More
Wow! What a terrible sales and service department. I don’t normally write reviews but this is just so outstanding bad I am compelled to tell you not to use this dealership. I am a long time customer of Toyota and I think they make some of the best vehicles so I rarely go to a dealership for anything. When my girlfriend purchased her brand new RAV4 last December, it was dark and the interior is black so she didn’t notice a small tear in the driver’s seat. As soon as she got home and was in the well lighted garage, she noticed the tear. She contacted the sales person the next day and he told her bring it in for an inspection in January 5. The dealership is not close to her house so she asked if a closer dealership could take care of the seat. She was told it had to be Hamer so she made the drive and met with the sales person, Donne Mendoza. Donne took the car only to come back and tell her that no one was around to inspect the vehicle and that she would have to bring it back another day. She brought the car back on January 23 and after two hours they still didn’t do anything with the car. She was told to bring the car back a couple days later to have the seat repaired and again nothing happened. Further requests to Donne to have the seat fixed in March went unanswered. In May, Donne responded that she just needed to make an appointment. WOW! Only five months to find that out and all this for a small tear in the seat. She tried to make appointment but all the times available were during work hours so she couldn’t make it. So here we are almost a year later and we are told to come in on a Saturday November 30 to have the car inspected. This isn’t even about the actual repair. This is just to have someone determine if the tear in the seat is a warranty issue or not. Well we make the drive and drop off the car and you can guess what we were told. That the person that needs to inspect the seat is not in and only comes once a month. They can’t even make an appointment for when that will be but will call us a few days before. On top of all that, they have no records of the other times the car was dropped off as Donne never passed on the information to the service department. The service department even admitted that they have terrible communication with the sales team. So the car seat is still not repaired and I am sure when it is finally inspected they will claim it is not covered under the warranty. STAY AWAY FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Poor quality used cars I have purchased 5 cars for me and my family here with pretty good success over the years. The service department was never my favorite though. But this review is for used car they sold my (older) father yesterday. (he dident have me come BIG mistake) The car was an old rental that was trashed. It had been in an accident that was not disclosed, mud all over the under carriage, broken wheel liners, replacement headlights, rusty exhaust system. The car has 40,000 miles with all these issues he could have bought a new one for 5k more.... DO NOT TRUST THEM ON A USED CAR More
