**Would not recommend at all. I purchased my car a year and a half ago from Hamer Toyota (I urgently needed a car after moving to the area and needed it for my employment) and have had disappointing servic and a half ago from Hamer Toyota (I urgently needed a car after moving to the area and needed it for my employment) and have had disappointing service each time that I visited (5+ times). Here is a list of a FEW of my poor experiences among multiple different staff members: - Did not give me the discount that was promised prior to viewing the car, salesman blamed their supervisor when I went to purchase the car for not approving the discount. -When I went to do the test drive, the salesman hit a pole and scratched the car. When I requested a discount for the scratched vehicle and having to return to the location to have the repair, the salesman laughed at me and said “no, but I’ll fill up your gas tank when you get here if that makes you feel better”. -The salesman supervisor he misled me when purchasing the vehicle stating that I would have 3 additional free maintenance services for oil change, tire rotation, etc. (when the car already came with 3) but when I went to purchase the vehicle, he refused to provide me with the 3 additional. When confronted, he agreed that he intentionally misled me. -Did not give me both keys after purchasing the car, had to specifically request the additional one and pick up a couple of weeks later. - Part of the maintenance services includes a thorough inspection. I requested the customer services representative to inspect a specific part of my car. Following the “service” they said I was good to go, when I asked about the specific part, the representative said that they didn’t and requested me to come back another day. - Each time that I went in for maintenance service, it took 2-4 hours each time. This is a dishonest company with limited value on customer service, I also felt that they were incredibly sexist – may have better luck if you are a male. I would never recommend this agency to anyone; I am honestly surprised with how high of reviews it has. Every single time I have visited, I see 15+ people waiting for extended periods of time for their car service. More
Before we even reached the front doors they were opened and held open for us by this smiling young man. He had to have noticed how 'senior' we are, yet his greeting was friendly and genuine. We had a fabulous experience with Steve. Purchased a Toyota Corolla for my son. He did a great job showing us cars during Covid. He was very honest and made it hassle free.
