We had an excellent experience with Reno Reyes when we purchased our Venza at Hamer Toyota. He was very pleasant and patient to work with. He answered all of our questions and was obviously very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took care of all the associated tasks in purchasing our vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to other buyers. Thank you Reno! Great job. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with the Finance Dept. (David Gonzalez). When he realized that we were not going to purchase any of the additional add-on products he was selling, he became notably rude and unhelpful. He rushed us through the finance process and barely answered any questions we had with a head nod (no verbal response). He did not provide us with a paper copy of our finance paperwork, but pushed over a flash drive when at the end of our meeting. Reno and front desk staff provided us with this document upon our request. So, overall a good experience, that was unfortunately partially negative due to the Finance Dept. service. More
