Everyone who was involved in the transaction, from our greeting by Ernie, to the salesperson Ubi, right down to the finance man, Adam, was a very good experience of a car purchase. Along the way we bumped into an old friend, Joe. They all work as a team and everyone helps the customer. Customer service abounds at this dealership. We had purchased at Hamer many years ago and had gone on to other types of cars through the years. When I was getting ready to leave, I climbed inside my beautiful Toyota Sequoia and turned the ignition and heard, click, click, click...the car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. Reno acted quickly and said they would replace the battery. That’s what I call customer service. My only complaint is that after spending a significant amount of money on a used vehicle... Hamer Toyota does not fill up the gas tank. I was shocked. I get that the economy is down, etc, but that left a mark on an otherwise great experience. More
