I originally came in to get a lube job and was greeted by Mr Denson while waiting for them to complete it.Mr Denson did an excellent job on showing me exactly what Toyota had to offer and I ended up leaving Mr Denson while waiting for them to complete it.Mr Denson did an excellent job on showing me exactly what Toyota had to offer and I ended up leaving with a new car!This guy is great, he went straight to the point and gave me the best pricing.I found after talking to my friends and co-workers I feel Steve Denson is likely to be the biggest give away artist in the area.I will surely give Steve and Hamer Toyota my business in the future.Thanks again buddy! Alex was great. It's what comes after. We got a call from Scion America, told us we qualified for 25m miles free service (5 oil changes) and that our dealer should know. We called the dealer, talked to Carlo Scion America, told us we qualified for 25m miles free service (5 oil changes) and that our dealer should know. We called the dealer, talked to Carlos who verified we DO get 25m miles free maintenance. We never got coupons for this as promised, called back, and are now being told that this only applied to 2010s, not our 2011, and that we qualify for TWO free oil changes. And now that Toyota/Scion has announced free 25m mile maintenance for ALL models, (an EXTENSION of their previous promo), I'm even more bummed. Having been told twice, by two different parties, that I should expect 5 free oil changes, I am now sore at Hamer for not honoring the deal, whatever the details. They will NEVER see me in again for maintenance or anything else, for the price of 3 oil changes. How small minded is that for customer service? More

The reason for not going to another dealer was the great deal we got from Julio Rodriguez. He exceeded all of our expectations, not only in the deal he worked out for us but his pleasant personality, professionalism and great attitude. He did not have the typical "salesperson" attitude, not pushy,very patient and honest. I would recommend Toyota Hammer to anyone who is in the market for a new car and definitely ask for Julio Rodriguez if you want to get the greatest deal without any hassles.
