When I arrived Oscar was prompt with meeting me and showing me the car. My first thought was oh man RED ugh… But he was able to convince me once I was inside that it drove so smoothly and taking it on the freeway for a bit was helpful to feel the power of the car. Oscar was knowledgeable about the RAV4 Hybrid and answered all my questions and concerns. I was not sure I if was going to buy the car right then and there but I ended up purchasing the car. I put a bigger down payment then I meant too but once I was talking with the finance person Matt I was happy with my interest rate. Matt Morente got me a the best interest rate, I was going to sign with a local credit union but ended up financing with Toyota cause he matched the rate at the credit union! Professional, Honest, and ya he might try to sell a few extra warranties but its fair used cars need warranties etc.. End of day I am super happy about my 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. It drives like a dream. More
