I came to Hammer after my mechanic told me I was havin transmission problems. I first went to my usual Toyota dealership.They had my car for two days and sent me out the door telling me that the horrible transmission problems. I first went to my usual Toyota dealership.They had my car for two days and sent me out the door telling me that the horrible noise my car was making only at 41 miles per hour might I add was a bike rack on top of my car. I decided to try Hammer and within a couple of hours they had confirmed what my original mechanic had told me. They had my car for a week. They offered me a rental , gave me up tp date phone calls and sent me ou the door with a car wash. Its amazing the difference. They won my loyalty and my referral. My sales rep was George Boktor and I think he desrves a perfect ten in customer satisfaction. So thankyou to George,Ed and all the people who helped me at Hammer.Go Hammer!!! More
Our Prius was bought from this dealership a week ago. We purchased a bunch of expensive warranties almost extra $3000 to protect us but when we had a simple tire problem just after a week of using it, we we purchased a bunch of expensive warranties almost extra $3000 to protect us but when we had a simple tire problem just after a week of using it, we were told that there was no warranty on it. You have the worst. We have dealt with other dealerships and they always make sure that our complaints are well taken care of. Aside from the extended warranty we bought, we also bought interior/exterior touchclass to waterproof the interior. We have been calling Frank Salcedo left several messages and he never even bother returning our call. With our frustrations, my husband went over to your office to bring the car and he saw Frank just wasting his time flirting with some client you have. This is very unprofessional. I will never recommend this dealership to any of my relatives nor friends, as I want them to be spared from any disappointments we are experiencing right now. Also, what is the point of having a video recording in your office if it willnot serve it's true purpose of proving what your clients claim. We were never told that there is another separate warranty on the tires, etc. If we were told of such warranty aside from the expensive $2000 warranty, I would have purchased that. My husband reiterated that he wanted to see the video to prove that it was not explained to us but your employee George said that it will not hold anything to support our claim. That video is for training purposes only, really!! this is unaacceptable!!! More

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Hamer Toyota. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and committed to making you feel comfortable and not pressured. At Hamer everyone was pleasent, respected, and very kind to work with. They heard what I had to say and never made me feel pressured or anxious. Scion FRS in low supply, high demand. I live 3.5 hrs from dealership. They could have easily sold the carto any person who walked in but Steve Denson and management held the car for me after my deposit. Stev dealership.
