I went in for a rental because enterprise did not have any fuel efficient vehicles available. Tracy was kind enough to show me what she had available. She went over the rules & the fees. I rented a vehicle from this location via a referral. I was assured that Tracy Arenas was the best when it came to customer service and I honestly could not have been treated any better. I ended up extending my rental another day and she took care of me over the phone, where she again provided excellent service. Return of the vehicle was easy and billing was exactly as quoted for the rental period. I then referred a friend to Tracy for another rental and she told me that she was also very happy with the service.
