After 9 Honda purchases/leases in a row, I made a huge change and leased a Prius from Hamer Toyota a couple of months ago after a guy that I work with suggested that I give Toyota a try. Everybody at this place was wonderful, from the manager, David O'Brien down to each person I met at every step of the way. I waited a little while to write my review to find out if I really would average 50 MPG in my new Prius 2, and I most certainly did, sometimes, even closer to 60 if I watch how I drive. I would not hesitate recommending Hamer Toyota, and I really do love my Prius. More

I Call on Thurday 11, at 9:27 Am to set an appoitment for my Sister Janeth Monterroso to bring her 2004 Toyota Corolla for Oil Change, I know Hamer Toyota from previus experiences I had with Peter or Carlos my Sister Janeth Monterroso to bring her 2004 Toyota Corolla for Oil Change, I know Hamer Toyota from previus experiences I had with Peter or Carlos Vasquez, I spoke with young lady who i request to make an appoitment for the following day at 9 am i explain i like to book it with Carlos Vasquez or Peter, My disapoinment and bad taste come today when my sister call me from the dealer that she is been waiting for a long time, they told her she does not have an appoitment, and to make it worse Mr Sam Quintanilla got to help her, what make me more upset is Mr. Quintanilla, He try to charge my sister more then $300 for something we did not request, plus after trying more them a few time for $ 200 dollars and them try to charge my sister $92 for an oil changer we never request. my sister spend like an hours there and LEFT TO NEVER COME BACK this is the most crazy dealership on earth, I would never recomend or buy anything from this dealership. We went to three dealership before finally coming to Hamer Toyota after i talked to Marylou Santigo. It was her Day off but she really came to the dealership so she could help my family after i told h Hamer Toyota after i talked to Marylou Santigo. It was her Day off but she really came to the dealership so she could help my family after i told her that our lease agreement for our Prius is about to end next month, April 9 to be precise. When we met her she was very warm and welcoming. She gave me information that i needed to make a decision whether we will return the Prius and pay penalty or buy it. She helped us understand the options and gave me all informations we asked . She never pushes us, just just gave good advice.based on her experience as a salesperson. We returned the Prius and pay (actually added the penalty amount to the price of the new car) the mileage overages. She showed us the models we wanted and even had a test drive. ANsweed all questions we needed to know about every model we became interested for comparison. She never get tired even if we changed preferences several times. She was very patient, and gave us everything that we asked during negotaition for the price. Explained to us how and why she comes out with the numbers which we really appreciate.. At first , we did not agree on the numbers but she really worked hard for us making adjustments to come out with the right numbers that we are comfortable to make the final decision. We leased a 2013 hybrid highlander SUV limited edition, andwe are happy with the experience, even if it took more than 4 hours, it was worth the time because we got a good deal thanks to Marylou Santiago, she's a super excellent superagent, and I am sure more cutomers will agree with me. Overall the experience at the dealership was excellent, everyone is so helpful and friendly, the place is warm and so welcoming. Definitely, 100% i will recommend your Dealership.
