I went to Nissan a couple of days before coming to Hamer Toyota. Nissan had made a couple promises they couldn't keep and I had almost given up on the chance to try to finance my own new car, but Hamer chan Toyota. They really worked with me and the customer service was great; I never felt pressured or judged for asking questions (even though I had to ask the same question multiple times to make sure I understood - they were super patient). I was very pleased with the excellent customer service displayed by Abraham Navarro and Rafael Morales. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were welcomed by Abraham. We had a displayed by Abraham Navarro and Rafael Morales. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were welcomed by Abraham. We had actually arrived to the dealership between 8:30 pm and 9:00 p.m., pretty late for a sale. That didn't discourage Abraham Navarro from providing us with excellent service. He requested assistance from Rafael Morales who was patient and kind enough to show us a few vehicles that we were interested in and took us on a test drive that same night. Although a Toyota Tacome Pre-runner in the color - for both the interior and exterior that we were interested in was not in stock at the dealership, both Abraham and Rafael took a notation on our interest and promised to call us back when the vehicle was available. Abraham and Rafael followed through with our request and made it easy for us to come back to the dealership a few days later. They were thorough and called us promptly once the vehicle we were interested in was on the premises. When we arrived at the location at the prearranged time, we were greeted by Mr. Morales who provided excellent customer service from start to finish, which also included a courtesy call a day after we purchased the vehicle to make sure that we were fully satisfied with our purchase. I've gone to other dealerships and felt that I was just another number for them. However, based on my experience with both staff members that assisted us with our purchase, including Eddie in financing, I would definitely go back to Hamer Toyota for any future car purchase.
