I have bought 15 cars in my life and never was it so smooth, fast, friendly and easy. I shopped around all over LA to find a Prius Plug in so I could use the HOV lane and their price was $1000 less tha smooth, fast, friendly and easy. They followed through and my calls. Other dealers said there is no way they could sell me the car at the price they quoted on the net and that there would be hidden costs. There were none.
