He stressed upon 'hasslefree buying' highlighted on his visiting card and he did ensure that I got that experience. He was very reasonable and transparent in his negotiations. There were no sales tricks that add unnecessary stress to the buying process. He made sure that I got what I was looking for and was happy with the deal. The finance process was also very smooth. Ubi went over the extended warranty and protection plans they had to offer but there was no undue pressure to make you buy the add ons. All in all, I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours on a very busy day. And the entire experience made me a very happy customer. I went through some of the reviews here and everyone has rich praise for Steve. He is a very customer focused salesperson and indeed deserves it.
