William Nilon knows this and he's aware of his profession perhaps because of the 32 years of selling cars. William was very respectful and courteous of our time. I proposed to trade in my other car, the Prius, but William was never a NO-GUY! He had a WINNING ATTITUDE! He said, "It may be difficult but it's possible!" All the dealers we shopped had many templates responding, "It may be possible but it's too difficult!" This is what separated him from all the so-called "Internet  Managers" when we went shopping online. William Nilon is a WINNER! He knew we shopped him (and who doesn't) and one of the main reasons that also made him stand out was our first meeting. He wasn't PUSHY! Never mind about our horrible experience with Galpin Honda. The two products are even but we LIKED William because again, he treated us with RESPECT! And even on a rainy, rainy day he delivered our car, too! He called us en route to our house to remind us that he'll be late because of the traffic! He also called me yesterday, Wednesday, March 4, 2014, mind you it was his day off -  to follow up about everything about us and the car and especially our cargo area tonneau cover that was missing, just to make sure it will arrive immediately! Let me tell you something. I think being a professions goes beyond any skill levels but a sale I think is most important after the sale! We will RECOMMEND William Nolan to EVERY family member and friends at every event! Or whomever we'll meet. I'm telling everyone st work about our FANTASTIC experience! Our local dealership can't even come close to you and your staff with a ten-foot pole! We told William we will follow him forever regardless what brand he sells! At the end of the day, what MAKES Hamer Toyota a TOP #1 Toyota dealership is you, your staff and most especially, WILLIAM NOLAN's attitude! William Nolan is the MAN!
