They didn't play any games and were straightforward from the outset. When I walked in the door Ruben from internet sales was immediately available to get things started. Reno the salesman genuinely worked with me to make sure I was happy with the deal I got on my 2017 Tundra. Finally, Matt in finance brought the deal home and made sure he did what he could to include some benefits while staying within the parameters of the deal. I'd wouldn't think twice about going back to Hamer for another Toyota. This dealership has quality people there taking care of their customers! More

Sales experience was very good, finance dept, not so much. Ryan our sales person was very helpful and professional. Ryan answered all of our many questions and I'm sure we asked the same questions several time Ryan our sales person was very helpful and professional. Ryan answered all of our many questions and I'm sure we asked the same questions several times. We explained to Ryan that we had our own financing and were not interested in all of the add on warranties that were bound to be offered. Ryan understood and explained how the "Option Contract" would work when it came time to talk to the finance folks. Ryan explained our situation to the finance person who we could tell was not pleased. The finance person's attitude was pretty much "Let's get this over with and you better make sure that we get a check within 7 days or our (Hamer's) contract will take effect". Being a repeat customer I thought this was pretty short sighted on the part of the finance dept. After all, repeat customers business is what can make or break a business. As far as Ryan's demeanor he was professional very helpful throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to work with Ryan again. More

I have made it very easy on my salesman, Reno Reyes, by asking him if he wanted to sell me a vehicle. The last two times I bought a Prius, and I knew that I wanted one; just not specifically which one. Both were very easy negotiations and Reno was a pleasure to work with; as was the finance person and everybody else I came into contact with. I baby my cars and only get service at this dealership, including oil changes. The vehicles have been very dependable and I have not experienced any problems with any of the vehicles, except what would be expected. They have been good about honoring warranty and recall work. I liked them so much, I referred my in-laws to them along with several friends. I have always recommended they use Reno as their Salesperson. I absolutely would recommend Hamer Toyota to anybody buying a new or used Toyota. More
