Accommodating and informative As we reached the Hamer Toyota Scion dealership, we were at once entertained and showed the car that we are looking for. When we saw the interior of the car and not satisfied with its color, the dealer representative readily and quickly took the one we prefer. From our test driving up to the signing of the contract, we were courteously informed about the car, its safety measures and well entertained in spite of the many questions and some price reduction request for approval. Finally, we signed the contract comfortably because of the exhaustive information provided us. We will surely come back in this Toyota dealership in the future and very willing to recommend it to our relatives and friends as well. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to all! More

Buying a car made easy! The internet department facilitated the purchase of a 2016 Prius with knowledge and professionalism. I was contacted by Fernando who provided informat The internet department facilitated the purchase of a 2016 Prius with knowledge and professionalism. I was contacted by Fernando who provided information regarding the 2016 Prius models available. Lance Lake contacted me and provided additional information and answered every question I had. I indicated that I was attempting to get my 2004 Prius back on the road and was going to take it to Keyes Toyota for evaluation. I was impressed with Mr. Lake and his representation of Mission Toyota so I brought my Prius in your service department for evaluation. The problem was the auxillary battery. It was replaced and given an oil change (fully synthetic) and new wiper blades. I mentioned to Alex, the service representative who assissted me, that I had been having for some months, an occasional difficulty with the dash lighting up and functioning. Also, a few times, trouble turning the car off. The day after the battery was replaced the dash panel would not function and I had trouble get the car to power down. I called Alex and attempted to make contact with him to find out how expensive the sensor was. I left a message and did not hear back. Received a call from Fernando and a customer service representative inquiring about my satisfaction during the services performed. I told both of them that I was waiting for a return call from Alex. They both tried to get in touch with him to call. To this day, I have not received a call from him. Ultimately the cost of the sensor and the fact that the check engine light had been on for months (I was told at Keyes it was the catalytic converter), the repair costs exceeded the practicality of fixing my trusty little car. The mileage was 252,000+ miles. So, the 2016 models that Lance had shown me, became the logical move. Lance answered so many of my questions and helped me determine which model (four or four touring) I wanted based on my needs (and wants!). Lance really wanted to take me out for test drives but I declined as driving those Prius would not have influenced me. I love Toyotas and Prius' in particular! When I knew I need to get another car (Prius) I called Lance and he was right on top of the whole process. He was wonderful. From Monday to Friday, my car life changed and I was driving home in my new and quite beautiful 2016 Prius! Everyone from Lance to the finance department were incredible. I brought in my own finacing but the finanace manage managed to get 0% financing too! I couldn't be more happy with Hamer Toyota's intenet sales department and finance department. I am not impressed with the service department, however. I really am not sure I want to use your service department for the reasons outlined in this letter. Thank you.
