Steve made sure that worry was out of the window. First, Steve was accommodating to my schedule and stayed late on a Saturday to help me. He made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the options Toyota had. Not only did he explain my options, but he helped me decide what was ultimately best for my situation. He worked quickly and diligently to see that I was not stuck at the dealership all night, while conscientiously reviewing my paperwork. You can easily tell that Steve is a genuine and honest person. He's not in this to just "make a sale". He's transparent and invested in the customer and their experience. I was extremely fortunate to have him. He was great at helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. Steve helped us hone in our price by changing parameters in the computer as we asked questions and threw out numbers until the payments made sense for our budget and style. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt very confident that he was giving us the honest and best deal he could. We walked away telling Steve we would think about it which was totally fine with him. After finding out our car being serviced had bigger problems than an oil change we went back to Steve and fine tuned a little more on the deal and that was it. We now have a brand new 2017 Prius that was perfect for our situation. Steve gave us the lowest price that we could have found anywhere else or even on the internet. What a pleasurable experience! First of all, I would like to give a 5-star rating to our salesman Tony Pijuan, he offered us a great deal- so great that we could not ask for more. He is straight to the point kind of guy, very easy to deal with. We had a smooth and quick transaction, we did not have to argue over the price and discounts, everyone was happy and satisfied. He knows the car well and is very accommodating on answering questions. He also took some time to link my phone to the car, taught me how to use the Navi, Radio/music, apps- set up everything to my personal preference before we drive home the car. He even does follow up calls to check if everything is fine or if we have any further question we can always call him. Excellent customer service Sir Tony. Also to our finance manager Armando Bernal, he also did a great job explaining details about the warranty and took some time explaining it to us in a level we would understand. For the facility, it was clean, well lit and maintained. I was surprised that they also have Kid's room- fully carpeted with TV and Kiddie Chairs. Overall experience was great! We have already purchased 2 cars with Hamer Toyota since 2009. And if I would like to buy a Toyota again in the future- I would still go back to this pace. I highly recommend Hamer to my friends and family. More

I am a repeated customer with Hammer Toyota, and with Mr. Mango (Sales Person), and I was truly very satisfied with the entire experience. One problem only - there is no sufficient customer parking in Hammer Toyota, and it is an issue that should be handled better by the dealership. More
