Another 5 Star Experience with Steve; Bianca & Pete So as the old adage goes, if given a bag of lemons; make lemonade! Elaine - my wife - and I were in two separate automobile accidents over a 5 day So as the old adage goes, if given a bag of lemons; make lemonade! Elaine - my wife - and I were in two separate automobile accidents over a 5 day period. After careful review and examination, it was determined that both of our Prius Automobiles were totaled and beyond repair. We were discussing our options and decided to look into getting two Prius's as they were fantastic cars and kept us both very happy. We discussed our options and determined that we definitely wanted to stay in the Prius Family and that we needed to reach out to Steve as he had handled our prior leases and made the experience extremely positive. So we reached out to Steve and Bianca and met with them to review the options and select our respective cars. Steve was his usual professional and friendly self in handling our requests and Bianca was excellent in helping to locate the specific vehicles that we had selected. Again, the process was completely pleasant and handled in a very timely manner. Steve informed us that there were some computer issues due to the rain and introduced us to Pete in Finance who was able to process one of the leases prior to the computer system crashing. Pete was incredibly professional and quite helpful in assisting us and expediting the process. Pete and Steve explained to us that we would be best off coming back to pick up our second vehicle on Saturday when the computers were up and running. We communicated with Steve on Saturday afternoon as the computers were running and set a time to meet and process the paperwork with Pete. Again, Steve and Pete greeted us upon arrival and expedited the process and we were complete in a matter of minutes. Special kudos to Bianca who did a stellar job in reviewing all features on both of our new vehicles, answering all questions, assisted in setting up our phones and radios. Bianca is extremely professional and definitely understands all aspects of the vehicles which again is a fantastic asset in expediting the process of reviewing the vehicles. In closing, a huge thank you to Steve, Bianca and Pete for their professionalism, understanding, fabulous communication and knowledge in handling our experience this weekend. Again, we were handed a bag of lemons that were potentially very bitter, but thanks to the combined team effort of Steve, Bianca & Pete, we walked away smiling with some good old fashioned lemonade! Steve made sure that worry was out of the window. First, Steve was accommodating to my schedule and stayed late on a Saturday to help me. He made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the options Toyota had. Not only did he explain my options, but he helped me decide what was ultimately best for my situation. He worked quickly and diligently to see that I was not stuck at the dealership all night, while conscientiously reviewing my paperwork. You can easily tell that Steve is a genuine and honest person. He's not in this to just "make a sale". He's transparent and invested in the customer and their experience. I was extremely fortunate to have him. I would recommend him to anyone in the Los Angeles area who is looking to buy a car. A standup guy! More
