I really was surprised how fast they was able found a car, just 2 days! ( I'm talking about Toyota RAV4 Adventure) in another dealerships I was already on waiting list about 4 weeks:-( When I ask Maurice McHenry about the car that none of the dealership have , I was very pleased that he didn't try to talked me out of it and didn't try try to sell something else( because his dealership didn't have that specific car also) but he was very patient listening all the details about my desires for new car! All About the Customer I arrived to Charles Barker Toyota around 7pm on a Wednesday night after spending the majority of the day at another dealership and within 2 minutes o I arrived to Charles Barker Toyota around 7pm on a Wednesday night after spending the majority of the day at another dealership and within 2 minutes of being there with Ray, my stressful day turned great. We were able to find a excellent used Camry on the lot and got to test drive all within 10 minutes. After the test drive, I knew that this was the vehicle for me and Ray was still moving at a smooth pace for me even being that the dealership was about to soon. With the hour we had left were able to agree to a great deal and I could have left with the car the same night. Along with Ray, the manager was helpful with the entire process. Lastly, the finance manager Chris is a great. I learned a lot from him and he cared for my best interest. I would recommend Charles Barker Toyota, Ray, and Chris to anyyone. They are the best around. More
