While on vacation in VB the front wheel came off my sons MAxima. We had it towed to Hall as they were the closest dealer. it seems the lug nuts came off resulting in the wheel coming off. After buying my new car at Hall Nissan, the service department was great and always willing to work with me. The past year or so though their values have changed from giving you the best customer servi department was great and always willing to work with me. The past year or so though their values have changed from giving you the best customer service possible to stealing from you right in front of your own eyes and placing the blame on the customer. I was willing to go to Nissan for their oil changes even though it was a little more pricey than other service departments because I trusted their customer service would be on point every visit. Recently the past few times I have received an oil change they have upgraded my oil for a much higher fee without my consent. I believed it was a simple mistake and continued to go explaining I only wanted the basic while they obviously did not listen to me and continued to give me the upgraded oil. Today was the last straw with their thievery as it happened once again and then I was told I should have known better because they just performed service the way I asked. I will never again go to them except for my free state inspection. My parents bought their car from there and that influenced me to buy mine from them as well, now that this has happened they may have lost 2 service customers along with future purchases. More
Went to this dealer yesterday with every intention on leaving in a new 370Z. Got into the showroom sat in a couple of cars and waited for a salesperson to approach me. I figure if i'm getting ready to leaving in a new 370Z. Got into the showroom sat in a couple of cars and waited for a salesperson to approach me. I figure if i'm getting ready to drop almost $40K on a car, they can come to me. Several sales people walked past me, a couple even looked right in my eye! No "Hello" or "Somebody will be right with you", nothing!! Waited 20 min, even looked at the brochures and accessories. Would you believe i even a couple of them laughing and joking at their desks??? I walked outta there pissed off. If somebody would have acknowledged that i was there, if would have been a different story. I will NEVER ever go back there nor will i recommend them to anyone!!! More
I was stationed overseas and knew when I returned I was going to need a car as soon as I got back to the states. I informed Wesley Burt what vehicle I ws interested in and we went straight to work to get me in it. I was out of there with my new vehicle with in 3 hours. Fastest car buying experience ever for me. I loved every second of it. Thanks Wesley! You are the man! More
Wesley Burt was a great salesman. He even drove me to Western Branch to look at a Sonata. That went badly. Then Jessica called me. Without an appointment, and I know that's frowned upon in most places, I walked into service and asked if they could explain why I had a tire maintenance light on. Mr. Morris walked me to my car to see for most places, I walked into service and asked if they could explain why I had a tire maintenance light on. Mr. Morris walked me to my car to see for himself and noticed from my sticker that I most likely needed a tire rotation. He offered to drive my car into the shop and on checking my records, found I needed an oil change too. Mr. Morris offered to take care of everything for me right away if I had the time which I did. So, my experience was excellent, he made me to feel that I had come to the right place at the right time. I will be calling for Mr. Morris the next time I need service. More

I visited and immediately Wesley Burt. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. He listened to my list of wants/needs in a truck, found the exact match I was looking for and the rest is history. Along the way I encountered a great staff of people; John Foley, sales manager really helped make the buying experience worth while. The guys in finance, Joel and Mike, were also very helpful and personable. I don't buy cars often and generally anticipate a bad experience. The guys and gals and Hall of Virginia Beach made my purchase very enjoyable; one stop shopping, great pricing and service with a smile. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend and purchase from Hall of Virginia Beach again. More
When I went in last Saturday to buy a used car I made it clear right up front that I had little time and that I needed to get right to the lowest price. Hall Nissan on Bonney Road has the worst customer service,customer satisfaction from the general manager to the financing department! When you walk in you can be there an entire work day walk off th service,customer satisfaction from the general manager to the financing department! When you walk in you can be there an entire work day walk off the lot with a vehicle contracts signed, made to feel that everything is ok but DO NOT be decieved! 15 days with my vehicle and after recieveing no communication from the dealership until I contacted them myself was I advised that my financing was not approved, and that I needed to return my vehicle. I was also advised by the General Manager that this is a normal practice of the company to take a down payment from someone and have them sign paperwork set carnote amounts,next payments, temporary tags, and leave the lot with a vehicle without financing approved so that they do not loose customers or they wouldnt be a very profitable company. Well if I was advised any of this on 2/9/12 I would never have done business with Hall Nissan on Bonney Road in Virginia Beach, Va. More
I have purcheased 7 new Nissan vehicles from locations all over the United States. My recent experience at Hall Nissan was by far the best of the bunch. Jon Richardson was engaging, intelligent and did everything in his power to help us find the right truck. His sense of humor throughout the process was a breath of fresh air. I really think he has a bright future in sales - stick with it! Both Christine and Joel kept that sense of humor, energy and intelligence once we purchased the truck. Well done and thank you. I also want to say thank you to the Sales manager. I believe his name was John - I apologize because that I didn't get his card. He was key to our negotiations to the point of allowing us to freely use the store computer to check other store prices via Internet. First time I've seen that. Very impressive.
