Afterwards I went to several other dealers but no other dealer could match Don's friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, and most of all he understood my need and was not pushy like other dealers. Overall process was pain free and quick. I will definitely recommend hall Honda, to friends and family, specially Don's Internet team. More
I purchased a brand new Civic a few weeks ago and it was the most pleasent car purchase we have ever had. WE went through Hall Honda,s internet team who were very wonderful and our salesperson Cindy did a the most pleasent car purchase we have ever had. WE went through Hall Honda,s internet team who were very wonderful and our salesperson Cindy did a great job. She found the car that was right for us and was efficient with all of the paperwork. She even showed us through the entire service department. The other people were great to and we thought that Don was great to come over to see if Cindy needed help because the dealership was quite busy. You could tell these people worked as a team. We were surprides that the whole process was very fast. Nobody tried to pressure us which makes me feel we were at the right place. We also thought is was great that Travis the manager not only talked to us at the very beginning but congratulted us on the way out. It feels like a family there and we will be back. Thankk you Internet Team! More

Throughout purchase (2009) of two vehicles the sales staff was informative and never pushed the sale. I moved along as I wished. Finance did not play numbers games. Service over the years was suoerb. Service was informative, educational, reasonably priced and completed service on-time. After I traded both of my Hondas (2011) for new cars, the Service contract remaining on cars traded in was refunded promptly. Could not ask for better service and support! More
I've never had an issue with service at this dealership in the past 3 years. So when I bought my second car here, I expected more of the same. My sales person told me when I bought the car that they'd talk in the past 3 years. So when I bought my second car here, I expected more of the same. My sales person told me when I bought the car that they'd talk to the service department and have them call me the next Monday to set up the apointment to apply my protection package. He told me I could drop it off at 7:30 and get a rental for the day. Monday came and went and I didn't receive a call. I called my sale person Tuesday and he said he'd talk to them again and make sure they contacted me. Laurie from the service department called that afternoon and said she thought she had already contacted me. I set up an appointment for Thursday. She told me to come by at 9. I mentioned that I was told I could drop it off at 7:30 and get a rental. She said my sales person was wrong and I couldn't get a rental at 7:30. She told me to just come Wednesday night to drop it off and get a rental then. I was told to come at 5:30 and ask for her by name. I showed up just before 5:30 Wednesday night and asked for Laurie. The person there said Laurie had left for the day but she could get me checked in. I gave her all the information she needed and then she told me that I was okay to leave. I told her I was supposed to be getting a rental. She seemed pretty surprised and said she'd go check to see what she could do. She ended up coming back and telling me I could sit in the waiting area and my rental would be there in about 15 minutes. She did a great job improvising and making up for the problems. But unfortunately, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for my rental to arrive. The next day when my car was ready, Laurie was the one to call and tell me. I was kind of surprised whe she didn't even apologize for the problems. More
I just bought my second car from Hall Honda and I'm sad to say it wasn't what I expected. I had recieved a letter stating that I could receive high value for my trade in. I filled out some information on t to say it wasn't what I expected. I had recieved a letter stating that I could receive high value for my trade in. I filled out some information on the website and requested an appointment. When I got to the dealership it seemed like that information was ignored or not passed along. There also didn't seem to be any benefit in being a repeat customer. In fact, I actually had to be the one to bring it up. My car had some damage and had been in an accident last year (damage from accident was repaired). The offer for my car came in pretty low ($14,000, including the $500 trade in coupon I had). I was told that since it had a history of accidents it would be hard to sell for a higher price. I ended up taking the offer assuming because of my history with the dealership that I had no reason not to believe them. Out of curiosity I took a look at their list of certified vehicles for sale the other day. My car is now being listed for $21,900! Because of this and how their "internet price" for their new cars suddenly jumps up when you walk into the dealership to talk about numbers, I ended up having a poor experience. My recent encounter with the service department made things worse (that'll be another review). I ended up buying this second car from Hall but it may be my last. I had always assumed there was a benefit to sticking with a company and doing business with them over the years. I now know I'm better off shopping around. More
One of the best new car purchase experiences I have had! Matt was very knowledgable and the sales team was instrumental in facilitating my new car purchase. Matt was very knowledgable and the sales team was instrumental in facilitating my new car purchase. More
I am very disappointed with my purchase at Hall Honda and their certified car program. I purchased a Honda Civic from them and the car has the 150 point inspection to be certified through them. The problem i their certified car program. I purchased a Honda Civic from them and the car has the 150 point inspection to be certified through them. The problem is when you bring a defect to the management attention that is on the quality control list you become a victim. When valid issues are brought to the attention of the dealer you are told you are the problem. I only ask that Hall Honda honors the deal they agreed to. They advertised the Civic as being certified on the web site when it wasn't. We inspected the car it had material defects that we we're guaranteed they would be corrected when we received the car after the prep. I have tried to resolve this to no avail with Hall Honda's management. I have to rise to the regional level now. I wouldn't count on the customer service after the deal. Buy a new car from someone else, run far from this dealer. More
My daughter went online and requested financing with Toyota and Honda. Honda called her back IMMEDIATELY and told her she was pre-approved, no problem. She even specifically asked if she need a co-signe Toyota and Honda. Honda called her back IMMEDIATELY and told her she was pre-approved, no problem. She even specifically asked if she need a co-signer. (She's young, with little credit and had been turned down before). Someone from internet team still assured her it was absolutely no problem, and so we headed out the door with excitement. We get there and meet Don, the "manager". He never showed any excitment and did not show my daughter the first car. He said it would be difficult getting financing, but he would try. He also said there was NO chance on a new car, but he had ONE used car in mind for her (a car that she had absolutely no interest in, not even a Honda)! She would need much more documentation though, including eight references. He said he would submit her paperwork in morning and see what he could do. She left dejected. While waiting on Don's call all morning the following day, Toyota called back. She didn't feel it would be different, but we went anyway. Within a few hours, she walked out of Toyota with a brand new Scion TC-no co-signer. She was treated like royalty. She is thrilled. It was a wonderful experience. Don did finally call her on the way home from Toyota with what he said was unfortunate news. Well, my daughter had good new for him. He also said if he could help in the future, just let him know. Hope he doesn't hold his breath. HORRIBLE TACTICS USED JUST TO GET BUYER TO COME IN! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! P.S. I recommend Jesse Cook at Charles Barker Toyota!!! More
