He entered your trade-in as if you owned it outright, when in fact there was an amount that needed to be paid off. This is what changed the price of your vehicle. I know that we attempted to find a closer location with no success and we apologize for that. We certainly would not expect that you would pay for the tire pressure if it needs to be adjusted. It is very common this time of year with the drastic temperature changes. As for the DMV transfer, we would like to resolve your concern and look forward to working with you on this.
