We looked at 5 Mini Vans, including the Dodge, Chrysler, Nissan, and Toyota as well as the Honda Odyssey. Only the Toyota came close in style, reliability, and options but what set my shopping experience ap Nissan, and Toyota as well as the Honda Odyssey. They gave more for my trade-in than Toyota and did not try and sell me a car I couldn't really afford. Cindy and her partners were great to work with and I felt no pressure to make a decision that would put me in a car I didn't want. This is the first New Car I have bought in 8 years and between Honda's history of reliability and Hall Honda's friendly service department; I won't need to consider another vehicle for at least another 8 years. My husband and I came in this particular dealership to buy a suv that was listed on their website. However the suv's price was different on 3 different web sites, we had our mind set that this was the typ buy a suv that was listed on their website. The sales associate Scottie immediately knew what we were looking for and meet the lowest price that was listed, he worked fast and was served us right. This vehicle was not ready for sale just yet but they got it ready for us to take home that day quit quickly. Although the sales and finance was great the detailing of this vehicle was horrible, they rushed to much and did not detail this vehile the way it should of been. But your Business Manager helped out quit a bit, we received a lower rate then we had anticipated but he did speak to fast so we had to back track a couple of times so it was understood. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend this dealership. More

I love my new CRV. When I first started thinking about a new car a few years ago, Don took me out on a test drive and explained the features of the civic. Once again, he patiently explained the features of the car. There was no high pressure sales tactics-just information and demonstrations of the car's features. Don acted like I was the only customer in the showroom and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. When it came time for the paperwork, I really appreciated the fact that it didn't take forever. Hall was able to go through my credit union and get a better interest rate than I was able to get at my credit union on my own. Jennifer had the paper work ready to go. Once that was done and I was ready to go, Don made sure that all of the cool electronic gadgets were set the way that I wanted them and sent me on my way. Thanks for a great car buying experience.
