Excellent Service I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He i I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He informed me that I was a preferred customer and was eligible for an upgrade. I was very Hesitant at first because the first thing that popped in my head was more money. I expressed to Mr. Massenburg that The only way I would upgrade is if my payments stayed the same. He assured me that he would get me the best deal possible. To my surprise I was able to upgrade my car and keep the same exact payments. I no longer finance, I now lease my 2016 Honda CRV. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Massenburg, he was beyond pleasant and professional. His customer service skills are wonderful.
