The experience was an experience. We dealt with Travis from the beginning to the end and he was by far the greatest salesman I have ever dealt with. I can tell you first hand I hate, I mean absolutely hate going to dealerships. You just feel so pressured and I know people have a job to do I just don't want anyone on my back. So from the beginning Travis made it about us just being that personable guy. We loved absolutely everything about him. I don't think the excitement hit me until we started actually switching things over from one car to the next and then the butterflies of joy started flying, I was finally getting the car I wanted. And then the unexpected, we met with John Bryant. This loud talking, disrespectful, rude man. He talked as if the entire dealership needed to know our business, he spoke to me as if I didn't understand English, and wanted to know why I had a puzzled look on my face -- well yes sir I'm puzzled as to why you yelling and I'm 2 ft away from you. I'm puzzled because you are sitting here trying to explain something and I told touninunderstand the first 4 times. He, Mr. John Bryant almost made me lose my experience. I would never allow one person to affect another, but my word, he needs a lesson on delivery, presentation, and how to speak to people. It wasn't until he got in the just of what he was ding that his demeanor changed., after our first encounter I was ready to leave with tears in my eyes because I personally felt violated and disrespected in a way that I ah w never experienced. I could no longer and sit down and wait for him to take 10-15mins to what he was doing, I paced the floor. I walked outside and eventually stayed out there until he found me. I kept our conversations to a minimum as I'm not going to make a scene. He had done enough already. We got what we needed and then we were out of there. The way he spoke to Travis was unbelievable. As much as he tried to be discreet we heard it and saw it all. My husband gave Travis a pep talk after what he observed and Travis then continued on with providing us a great experience. I'm thankful to have had Travis with us during this process. Thank you Hall. More

Started with internet search I first checked out the Hall website for possible CRVs. They were very responsive when I asked for a quote on one vehicle but I changed my mind on th I first checked out the Hall website for possible CRVs.
