Best Experience EVER!! I went with my daughter to Hall Honda in Virginia Beach yesterday to discuss a possible refund on her service contract because her car was recently to I went with my daughter to Hall Honda in Virginia Beach yesterday to discuss a possible refund on her service contract because her car was recently totaled by her friend after having it for only 2 months. That's when we met Gary and from that moment forward we received nothing less than excellent customer service. Not only did Gary get her a refund but also helped her with the remaining balance on her loan and today she drove off the lot with a 2017 Honda Accord!! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and a joy to meet and work with. We went in there worried and stressed, but in less than 24 hours we walked out of there stress and worry free with a brand new car. I can't express how pleased and impressed I was with Gary (The Godfather)...his kindness, professionalism, and patience made our whole experience awesome. (And did I mention he makes the best coffee ever). When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle I am driving back to Virginia to see Gary and the Hall Honda Team!!!
