The service area is well organized, staff is friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable. We used the express lane service and waited for the work to be done. I was surprised when the car was finished within the estimated time period. Our service writer was Christina Caulder. Kudos to her for great customer service, she was accurate with everything I wanted done, went over all the findings once completed, and was friendly. The whole service team should be applauded, from the porters, service writers and the mechanics, and the person whole drives the cars through the car wash, keep up the good work! Browsed the showroom too, and want to give a shout out to Mindy for showing me the new Passport and Pilot! Very knowledgeable and friendly! More

Merced from financing sent me a credit app and put me in touch with Craig & Nicky. With their help, I was able to get a 2017 with factory warranty STILL for about another year left! & the best part, my payments are under $270/month. I was also able to put less down than I wanted to and they took my car for a trade in! I’m so happy with the whole experience here at Hall Honda. I really will recommend them to everyone.
