Excellent, above and beyond service I had to bring my 15 year old CR-V in for an issue and Nicole Foley/Gnader was excellent in her customer service. She quickly had my car taken back fo I had to bring my 15 year old CR-V in for an issue and Nicole Foley/Gnader was excellent in her customer service. She quickly had my car taken back for service and I had to leave for another appointment. They texted me while I was at my appointment to come back before 5pm so that the technician could ride with me to discover what I was reporting as they were unable to find the problem. I arrived back to the dealership at 4:58pm and even though the technician James was scheduled to leave at 5pm - he stayed and took my CR-V out on a drive for diagnosis with me. He went above and beyond I think to make sure that my car was safe and working as it should. I can't thank him enough for his time and diligence! Both he and Nicole are awesome! More
