2019 Honda Insight Touring Tyler was awesome and really helped us out. He matched an amazing price we saw online and stayed super late when I had to figure out my finances. I worked with Damecha Delaney and she really took care of me. I brought my previous car from Hall Honda and while I loved my car, the car buying experience was the worst. Well Damecha completely changed my mind on that. The horrible experience I had with the salesperson in 2015, Damecha made up for it times two. She is very knowledge about the cars and very personable. She made sure I knew everything about the features in the car before I left. My last agent didnt tell me anything so I really appreciate Damecha working with me and answering all of my question. When it came to the finance part I worked with Lawrence and he made that experience easy. I always knew I was coming back to get another Honda but this will definitely be the only dealership I go to. I definitely would recommend my family and friends to work with Damecha and Lawrence. I met some other wonderful sales agents there as well. More

She has excellent customer service skills. It was in my heart to buy a car from her, but I found an opportunity in my looking to buy a vehicle of equal quality for a lot less, a much better trade-in value on my vehicle, no proceessing fees, and i was able to handle everything online and have my vehicle delivered to my door. Shareena would have fought to compete, but it would have been out of her hands to deliver. 5 Stars to Shareena, and when the dealership catches up with changes in the future of buying cars, she is someone I would return to have help me. I had been planning on buying a Toyota Highlander but was unable agree on a deal My sister and I went into Hall Honda on a rainy night at about 8:20. I had been planning on buying a Toyota Highlander but was unable agree on a deal at the Toyota dealership. My sister has a Honda Pilot and suggested we look at those. I was happy when a female salesperson approached us. I told her for what I was looking. In minutes she pulled what would have been my fist choice in exterior and interior color. We took it for a quick test ride and I was in love with that car. I told her what I was willing to pay and she did her best to match that price. I had to come up a little but Hall came way down. We made the deal happen in just a few minutes. It was past closing time but she and sales manager, Matt, were willing to work way past closing time. My sister and I had to get our children home to bed. I went back the next day and finished up paperwork. Mindy delivered my new car to my house the next day. My brother was coming from Pennsylvania to help me move two days later. He and his wife bought a new CRV off Mindy. We all agree that Mindy is a genuinely nice person-not that fake salesperson nice. I felt like I could be her friend. More
