There were several areas of work I needed on my 2012 Pilot and was amazed at th Nicole Foley is the service advisor on the Orange team at Hall Honda. There were several areas of work I needed on my 2012 Pilot and was amazed at the attention and effort that Nicole put in to assist and support me. One item that would have been around $1,000 was out of time from an extended warranty but Nicole contacted Honda Motor Company and worked with them to get the job covered. The service techs did a great job and completed the jobs (multiple) prior to the promised time but Nicole also went above and beyond to get me discounts and applied her great skills to significantly reduce my out of pocket cost. She also took personal interest to get me shuttle rides from and back to the dealer the next day. Hall Honda has a fantastic service team and Nicole is a stellar representative of the team and dealership. Well Done/Bravo Zulu More
