Hall Ford in Elizabeth City did an amazing job of taking care of my wife’s 2020 Ford Expedition Max. One of the Hall Ford teammates came to my house to pick it up (on time) as promised and dropped it back o care of my wife’s 2020 Ford Expedition Max. One of the Hall Ford teammates came to my house to pick it up (on time) as promised and dropped it back off when the work was completed on time. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure we bring our business back. There are not many businesses I would write a review for…but this is one. Trust me they ARE this good! Bring your vehicles here to get serviced. They gave this kind of service for a regular oil change! More

No hassle warranty work! Noted windshield delamination on the corners and reported it to service tech when having routine maintenance done. Can’t understand why when you have an appointment, it takes 2 full days to complete a promised 3 hour job. Nobody called to inform us it would not be ready, we had to call the dealership.
