So, this will be the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Hall Ford Elizabeth City and the car buying experience just keeps getting better. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and quickly got me everything I wanted and placed the order while we were sitting in his office. By the time I got to my car, I received a confirmation email from Ford Motor Company for my order. David was honest about the amount of time this type of order would likely take and managed my expectations. For those that do not know, this is likely the hottest selling vehicle in the U.S. today...so he was upfront in telling me it could take a year from order to delivery. He was not overly optimistic, but he also was not a complete downer either. He just told me the truth and I have to say it was completely refreshing. The dealership may not currently have a huge selection of vehicles due to the microchip and semi-conductor shortage, but they will do everything they can to get you what you want as quickly as possible.
