Purchased a Truck without seeing it --OUTSTANDING DEALER! I worked with Lindale Brothers from Hall Ford to purchase a very pricey vehicle without firs seeing it. All i can say is that I had a question on a Saturday night and had the vehicle (that was 800 miles away) purchased and delivered in a few days. There was some minor damage on the tailgate that was FULLY DISCLOSED even though they had it professionally fixed at a GMC dealer and i never would have known it was there. Lindale and team are professional, responsive and genuinely caring of their customers. Can't recommend them enough truck showed up pristine and exactly as stated. More

Completely clueless and void of empathy I received a letter from Ford Motor Co. stating my air bag recall was now available. I called the dealership and was connected to Aamanda Murphy. I in I received a letter from Ford Motor Co. stating my air bag recall was now available. I called the dealership and was connected to Aamanda Murphy. I informed her of the letter, gave her the recall number (# 17S42) and asked to make an appointment for the recall service. I was offered Friday Jan 25, 2018 at 9am and I accepted. I took an entire day off work to have this done as I had been waiting a few years on a resolution to this issue. When I showed up for the appointment I was informed they could not do the work because they do not yet have the parts. Why I was not informed of this prior to taking off work and why this person would make an appointment when they do not have the parts needed is UNPROFESSIONAL. I informed the techs at the service counter and they even discussed it with Aamanda Murphy and all they and she could offer was a weak apology and sorry "there is nothing we can do about this" REALLY?? I am out $211.28 pay for NOTHING? I was waiting for the new Ranger to come out and trade in my old one but after being treated so disrespectfully I think I will look at Toyota and Chevrolet now. I await to see if the dealership in Elizabeth City takes it's business and customers seriously or is just like many unscrupulous companies. Daniel Nacrelli More

Our sales rep Beau was kind enough to bring the car to our home (70 miles away from dealership) to show us the car and to make sure it would fit in o Our sales rep Beau was kind enough to bring the car to our home (70 miles away from dealership) to show us the car and to make sure it would fit in our tiny garage. Beau was quick to respond to any email inquiries. The day we went to the dealership Beau had both the original car he had driven to our home and another model with all of the required options we requested. We were able to compare them side by side.
