Taylor is the best!! Taylor reached out to me through Facebook after he saw my post about a horrible experience I had just recently had with another dealership. He said when I was ready to please come see him that not all salespeople and dealerships are like that. I finally decided it was time to give it another try. I messaged Taylor to let him know I was ready to give this thing a try again and what I was looking for. He sent me a link of all the vehicles he had and when I found the one I wanted to see he had it brought to Hall Ford Elizabeth City. He let me know when it was there and off we went. When we got there the sales manager met me at my car and introduced himself and reassured me that I would be taken care of. My boyfriend and I test drove the vehicle, crawled all through it, under it...etc. Taylor and his manager were able to work out a deal that was perfect for me. Great Salesman, Service Dept Needs Overhaul I had an absolutely amazing experience with Taylor. He streamlined the process and made purchasing the vehicle easy and affordable and was straight with me. However, a few months later when service came due, it just became a nightmare. Certain computer logs weren't reset after altering them, splash guards underneath were broken, warranty work was something they wanted me to pay for to have a diagnostic run AFTER telling me the problem was warranty based. I hated that I was talked down to. Took my service elsewhere. Again Taylor is great, I'd buy from him in a heartbeat again. But I won't have service done at the dealership. More
