Service department has no communication Dropped my truck off last Monday for a scheduled Tuesday appointment. I wrote down exactly what I wanted done to my truck. Did not hear anything come Thursday so I called them to get a status. My service advisor was out they said he would call me back by Thursday evening I had no call so I called them he had not even wrote it up. So another service advisor tallied it up and she gave me the price I said proceed. She did her job great wish she was my service advisor. They could not get the parts last week but he told me to truck would be done by Wednesday just went to pick it up it has not been touched and even though I told him exactly what I wanted done they were still trying to charge me three separate diagnostic fees. And even after multiple calls yesterday and today he still would not return my call. More

John Lovett was our adviser he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable to our Explorers problems, usually advisers in the past don't explain they just say we need the work done. Not today John explained to us and made us feel comfortable fixing thing on our Ford that we weren't aware of. We will be back and tell our friends and family about our experience today. We live in Jacksonville over 2 hours a way but didn't mind the drive at all. KJ's call before we left to come test drive sealed the deal. Great car with service, condition, and price being exactly what we wanted! Wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again if needed. More

Though it was a little out of the way I found it a great place to do business since it was out of the main "military" area. I was greeted by Ms. Jessica Thompson which I talked to prior to my visit about a vehicle interest. Though I came looking for a truck I realized that even though I wasn't able to afford what I originally looked at (used truck) I ended up getting a better deal on a brand new vehicle (literally, it only had 2 miles before test driving). I couldn't be happier with my purchase of my 2017 Ford Escape. I owe it all to Jessica and the staff of Hall Ford Elizabeth City. More

Then be shown a truck with orange stains, spilled soda, a sandbox in the front seat, and trash all over the back seat? And on top of that be insulted and spoken down too? He'll be sure to show you the most disgusting vehicle you've ever seen, he won't be apologetic or care about it's appearance, and then he'll treat you to the worst customer service you've ever received.
