The salesman (Lindale Brothers) and sales manager (David Shope) were top notch! They are constant professionals and kept us updated every step of the way! The paperwork was ready when we arrived and the process was smooth every step of the way. They even brought the truck to Virginia Beach for us to test drive. Service on my Nissan I had to bring my car in for an impromptu repair. They accepted my car immediately and said they would work on it as soon as possible. They listened when I explained the problem with my car. I brought my car in on a Friday morning and had it back by the following Tuesday. They were very good about keeping me informed throughout the process. All costs were presented realistically upfront, which was very helpful since I did not anticipate this repair. All of the employees were friendly, helpful, and understanding. I could have brought my Nissan to a Nissan dealer for repairs, but Hall Ford was my first choice since I have had such good experiences with them. It is clear Hall Ford's primary concern is helping their customers. More

Thank god I came here. As soon as I walked into the store to the time I drove a brand new truck off the lot I received nothing but the best help and enthusiastic service. These people really know how to make car buying a great experience. So now let's get down to the brass tax of the matter. John Signorelli was my sales consultant and I have nothing but great things to say about him, everything from professional, skilled, funny, and provided a relaxed feel that makes you forget your even "buying a car". John showed me every truck that I asked for (about twenty) and had to run back and forth to the sales building to get the keys two and three at a time. John for this I'm sorry, but you found me the perfect vehicle. Kevin (KJ) was the finance consultant and he absolutely made the experience and was the cherry on top. From crunching numbers to even giving me some cookies when my blood sugars dropped to low, I could never fully express how nice he was. If your looking for a truly great experience finding the perfect vehicle for you at a great price this is the team I would recommend forever and a day. I'm sure everyone else is great there to, but these are my guys. More
Disrespected First of all the sales team that showed me the vehicle for test drives and features was great. Was happy with purchase. What I was not happy with. I was sold a mantience plan for my vehicle that did not match the manufacture recommended schedule. So when I go to make the appt. To get my oil changed I find out it is not due for another 5,000 miles .When I call ask about this I'm told we will look at it when you come in. After i get there not only do they disrespect me by telling me I owe $50 to cancel a plan that did not match my vehicle schedule I'm told the manufacture 10,000 mile oil change is not correct everyone gets it changed at 5,000. I was never informed when sold the plan . It was not based on vehicle schedule . So when I called them out on everything i was told I can sell you a plan for anything it doesn't have anything to do with vehicle schedule. All over $50 and they knew my truck was in back waiting to get the oil changed and I had paid extra for full synthetic oil which was $30. So for $50 They gave up a long term customer. For service.
