Explorer sat at Hall for 8 DAYS: WITHOUT FULL DIAGNOSIS, NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer would have sat, FORGOTTEN & NEGLECTED, for WEEKS LONGER, if I hadn't taken up MY TIME to WALK IN & ask WHY AREN'T OUR EMAILS, & THE VOICE MESSAGES WE'VE LEFT, BEING REPLIED TO!!! AND, 3RD turbo replacement was, actually, the 2ND replacement for the right side turbo, all because the OIL FILTER WAS NOT REPLACED in May, only the 6QUARTS of FRESH OIL WAS POURED INTO THE ENGINE... I was told "some old parts are reused", but reusing a DIRTY, CLOGGED UP OIL FILTER is just plain LAZY &CHEAP!!! $9000-$10,000 in repair work, in LESS THEN 6MONTHS, & we're being ignored... More

John Sig lied to me, he lied to my daughter, AND he lied to his manager who has allowed him to continue to victimize customers. We began our purchase with one of “Sig’s” coworkers, Sig then lied to his ma to his manager who has allowed him to continue to victimize customers. We began our purchase with one of “Sig’s” coworkers, Sig then lied to his manager saying I had purchased a car from him in the past in order to take over our transaction from the person we wanted to work with in our purchase. I’ve never spoken to this man until the transaction. He then lied to me over the phone telling me he was indeed the gentleman we began our transaction with, knowing full well he wasn’t. From there he tried to rob us with an offer on our trade in which was so low it was offensive. His manager acknowledged it was an inappropriate offer. Yet “Sig” is still there; an admitted “used car salesman” who (and this is hearsay) apparently lost his used car sales job due to poor practices. He is the stereotypical used car salesman, deriving pleasure from robbing his customers while logging sales for himself. More
